ส่วนผสม

เต้าหู้หั่นชิ้นใหญ่ๆ 1 แผ่น
โปรตีนเกษตรหั่นชิ้นใหญ่ๆ 3-4 ชิ้น
ผงฮังเล 1 ซอง
ถั่วลิสงคั่ว 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
หอมแดงซอย 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
ข่าซอย ½ ช้อนโต๊ะ
กระเทียมซอย ½ ช้อนโต๊ะ
รากผักชีซอย 2-3 ราก
กระปิเจ 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
ขิงซอย ½ ถ้วย
กระเทียมดอง ½ ถ้วย
หอมแดงทั้งหัว 7-8 หัว
น้ำกระเทียมดอง ½ ถ้วย

เครื่องปรุง

น้ำตาล 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
ซีอิ๊วขาว 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
ซีอิ๊วดำ 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ

Ingredients

1 block of hard tofu cut in 1 inch square
3 – 4 imitated meat
1 hungle powder
2 tbs. roasted peanut
1 tbs. finely sliced shallot
½ tbs. finely sliced galangal
½ tbs. finely sliced garlic
2-3 coriander roots
1 tbs. vegetarian shrimp paste
½ c. julienned ginger
½ c. preserved garlic
7-8 whole shallots
½ c. water of preserved garlic

Seasonings

2 tbs. sugar
2 tbs. light soy sauce
1 tbs. sweet soy sauce

วิธีทำ

1. ตำน้ำพริกโดยการ โขลก หอมแดงซอย ข่าซอย กระเทียมซอย รากผักชีซอย ให้ละเอียด ใส่กระปิเจลงไปแล้วโขลกให้เข้ากันจนละเอียดดี

Prepare the curry paste by pound finely sliced shallot, finely sliced garlic, finely sliced galangal and coriander roots until thoroughly. Add vegetarian shrimp paste and mix well.

2.นำเต้าหู้ที่หั่นไว้ กับ โปรตีนเกษตร มาคลุกกับผงฮังเลและครื่องที่ตำเอาไว้

Marinate cut tofu and imitated meat with hungle powder and the curry paste and mix well.

3.นำลงทอดในน้ำมันไม่ต้องมาก ทอดไฟอ่อนๆให้เต้าหู้ตีงๆตัวทั้งสองด้าน แล้วเติมน้ำลงไปเคี่ยวไฟอ่อนๆไปเรื่อยๆ ถ้าน้ำงวดไปแล้วครั้งนึงให้เติมน้ำไปอีกรอบนึง

Lightly greased the pan and stir fry the marinated tofu and imitated meat until cook. Add some water to cover and turn the heat down. Continue to simmer until the water evaporate and add the same amount of water in.
