อบเชยผง 1 ช้อนชา
ขิงผง 1 ช้อนชา
กานพลูป่น 1/8 ช้อนชา
น้ำมันพืช 1 1/2 ถ้วย

1 ½ vanilla powder
½ c. golden raisins
3 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1 ½ c. vegetable oil

1. ผสมแป้งบัวแดง ผงฟู เบคกิ้งโซดา วนิลลาผง อบเชยป่น ขิงป่น กานพลูป่น ร่อน 1 ครั้ง พักไว้

Mix all purpose flower, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla powder, ground cinnamon, ground ginger and ground cloves, shift once and set aside.

2. ในอ่างผสม ผสมแครอทขูดฝอย ลูกเกดสีทอง ไข่ เกลือ น้ำตาล บัตเตอร์มิลค์ และน้ำมันพืช คนแค่พอเข้ากัน

In another mixing bowl, whisk together grated carrot, golden raisins, salt, eggs, sugar, butter milk and vegetable oil.

3. ค่อยๆผสมส่วนผสมของแป้งลงในส่วนผสมของของเหลว คนแค่พอเข้ากัน จนหมดแป้ง

Stir flour mixture into carrot mixture until well combine.

Divide batter evenly among lined paper cups, filling each three – quarters full. Bake in preheated 180 C oven, rotating paper cup halfway through, until a cake tester inserted in centers comes out clean, 23-28 minutes. Transfer paper cup to wire racks to completely cool.
