2 large chicken breasts อกไก่
Salt and Pepper to taste เกลือ พริกไท
4 thin slices prosclutto 4 แฮมอย่างดี

แผ่ไก่ตัดตรงกลางเฉลียง 45 องศา นำแผ่นพลาสติกรองทับด้านล้างและด้านบน ใช้ฆ้อนทุบเนื้อทุบให้นุ่ม

ส่วนของใส่สับเชอร์รี่แห้ง ใส่ผงเกร็ดขนมปัง สมุนไพรหั่น ไข่ไก่ น้ำมันมะกอก กระเทียม คลุกเคล้าให้เข้ากัน

นำไก่ออกจากพลาสติกโรยด้วยเกลือพริกไท และใส่ใส้ที่ปรุงไว้ และชีส จากนั้นม้วนให้แน่น
