Ingredients

ส่วนประกอบ

ไข่เค็ม ควักเอาแต่เนื้อ 3 ลูก
กระเทียมปอกเปลือก 7-9 กลีบ
พริกชี้ฟ้า หลายๆสีหั่น 4-5 เม็ด
พริกขี้หนู 15-20 เม็ด
กะปิ 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
มะเขือพวงเด็ดแล้ว 10-15 เม็ด

เครื่องปรุง

น้ำตาลปี๊บ 1 ½ ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำมะนาว 3 – 4 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำปลา 3 – 4 ช้อนโต๊ะ

Ingredients

7 – 9 peeled garlic
4 – 5 chopped colorful goat pepper
15 – 20 bird eyes chilies
1 tbs. shrimp paste

วิธีทำ

1. โขลกกระเทียมกับพริกชี้ฟ้าจนละเอียด ใส่กะปิลงไปโขลกให้เข้ากัน ใส่พริกขี้หนูลงไปโขลกแค่พอละเอียด
