1. เตรียมเตาอบที่อุณหภูมิ 180 องศาเซลเซียส และเตรียมถ้วยกระดาษใส่ลงในพิมพ์ Preheat oven to 180 C. Line standard muffin tins with paper liners. 
2. ร่อนแป้งเค้ก ผงฟู และวานิลลา เข้าด้วยกัน จากนั้นใส่เกลือลงไป พักไว้ Shift cake flour, vanilla powder, cocao powder and soda bicarbonate once. Add salt, sugar and mix well. Set aside.   
3. ใส่เนยสดและน้ำตาลทรายลงในอ่างผสม ตีผสมด้วยหัวตีใบไม้โดยใช้ความเร็วปานกลาง ประมาณ 10 12 นาที หรือจนส่วนผสมขึ้นฟูเป็น 2 เท่า With an electric mixer on medium high speed, cream butter and sugar until pale and fluffy or double in volume, approximately 10 12 minutes.   
4. ใส่ไข่ลงไปทีละฟอง จนหมด ผสมนมสดกับกาแฟคนให้กาแฟละลายหมด พักไว้ Add egg, one at a time, beating until each is incorporated, scraping down sides of bowl as needed. Mix together fresh milk and instant coffee until incorporated, set aside.   
5. ตีด้วยความเร็วต่ำสุด แบ่งส่วนผสมแป้งลงผสมสลับกับนมสดกับกาแฟ ผสมพอเข้ากัน Reduce speed to low. Add flour mixture in three batches, alternating with two addition of mixture of coffee and milk, and beating until combined after each.   
6. ตักส่วนผสมเค้กใส่ลงในพิมพ์ประมาณ ¾ ของพิมพ์ นำเข้าเตาอบ อบประมาณ 20 25 นาที หรือจนเค้กสุก นำออกมาจากพิมพ์ วางพักไว้บนตะแกรงจนเย็นสนิท Divide batter evenly among lined cups, filling each three quarters full. Bake, rotating tins halfway through, until golden, about 20 25 minutes. Transfer tins to wire racks to cool completely before removing cupcakes.
