เมนูสร้างสรรค์
1. ผัดหอมใหญ่กับเนยจนมีลักษณะใส ใส่แครอทลงไปผัดด้วยกัน
Stir fry cubed onions with butter until translucent. Add carrot.
2. ใส่เครื่องแกงกะหรี่ญี่ปุ่นลงไปผัดให้หอมพอเครื่องแกงละลายดีเติมน้ำลงไป
Add Japanese curry paste. Keep stirring until the curry paste dissolve, add water.
3. หรี่ไฟลงเคี่ยวต่อบนไฟอ่อนๆ จนกว่าผักเปื่อย
Simmer over lower heat until the carrot tender.
4. ตั้งกระทะให้ร้อนใส่หมูลงผัดปรุงรสด้วยซีอิ๊วขาว นำลงเคี่ยวในแกง
In different wok, heat up the wok add sliced pork fillet season with light soy sauce. When the pork is cooked add to the curry.
4. ละลายแป้งมันกับน้ำใส่ลงไปในแกงเพื่อให้ข้นขึ้น เคี่ยวต่อสักครู่ให้แป้งสุก ปิดไฟได้
Dilute the corn starch in a little bit of water and add to the curry for the thickness. Simmer it for a while. Turn off the heat.
5. ลวกยอดหน่อไม่ฝรั่ง ถั่วหวาน และพริกหวานหั่นชิ้นใหญ่ๆ แค่พอให้ผักสีสวย นำลงผัดกับเนยจัดเรียงใส่จาน
Blanc the asparagus tip, sweet pea and roughly sliced capsicum for the brighter color and stir fry with a little bit butter in a wok. Arrange into the plate.
6. ตักแกงราด เสิร์ฟได้
Pour over the rice and the stir fried vegetables and ready to serve.
