Ingridients

300 g chopped chicken hip
200 g gourd, peeled, discarded the seed and thickly sliced
150 Kaeng Kua curry paste
50 grounded dried shrimp
2 c. coconut milk

Seasonings

½ tbs. palm sugar
½ tbs. fish sauce
2-3 tamarind juice

Pound Keang Kua curry paste and grounded dried shrimp until thoroughly and set aside.

2. ӡзԵʹ ᵡѹ Ӿԡᡧ觷ӡѺ駻ŧ ʹ

Bring coconut milk to the boil until afloat on top, then add Keang Kua curry paste that pound with grounded dried shrimp. Stir well for excellent solution and bring it the boil.

3. ءѡ ŧǵ اʴ¹ӵŻ ӻ Т¡ ǵͨҿѡء Դ

Add chopped chicken hip, gourd and turn down the heat to simmer. Season with palm sugar, fish sauce and tamarind juice. Simmer until the gourds are cooked, then, turn off the heat.
