เมนูสร้างสรรค์
1. ต้มไข่ให้สุก ทิ้งไว้ให้เย็น ปอกเปลือก นำลงทอดในน้ำมันร้อนๆ พอประมาณ จนข้างนอกเหลืองกรอบทั่ว ตักขึ้น พักไว้
Boil the eggs in sufficient amount of water until cook, leave them cool and peel. Deep fry the eggs in plenty of oil until crispy and set aside.
2. ตำพริกขี้หนูสีแดงกับกระเทียมให้ละเอียด นำ ลงผัดบนไฟอ่อนๆ จนหอม
Roughly pound garlic and red bird eyes chilies in mortar and stir fry in a little bit of oil over medium heat until fragrant.
3. ปรุงรสด้วยน้ำตาล น้ำปลา น้ำมะขามเปียก แล้วเคี่ยวไฟอ่อนๆไปเรื่อยๆ จนกว่าจะเหนียวข้น สังเกตุได้จากฟองน้ำตาลที่เดือดขึ้นมาจะมีขนาดเท่าๆกัน ใส่ใบกระเพราลงไป แล้วปิดไฟทันที
Season with sugar, fish sauce and tamarind juice. Simmer over medium heat until thick (The bubbles come out in the same size). Add holy basil leaves and turn off the heat.
4. ตักราดไข่ที่ผ่าครึ่งตามยาวที่เรียงลงในจานแล้ว
Pour the sauce over halved eggs that have been arrange in the serving plate.
