เมนูสร้างสรรค์
1. แกะเส้นผัดไท (ซองที่ 1) แล้วแช่น้ำ 5 นาที แล้วกรองเอาแต่เส้นพักไว้ 3 นาที
Unpacked Pud Thai noodle (package 1), soak in room temperature for 5 mins and set aside for 3 mins.
2. ทอดเต้าหู้ในน้ำมันเยอะๆ ให้เหลืองกรอบ พักไว้
Deep fry thinly sliced tofu in plenty of oil until golden brown and set aside.
3. ตั้งน้ำ 100 มิลลิลิตรในกระทะให้เดือด ใส่ซอสผัดไท (ซองที่ 2) คนให้ละลาย พอเดือดใส่กุ้งลงไปผัดให้กุ้งสุก
Bring 100 ml of water to the boil, add Pud Thai sauce (package 2) and stir well for better a desolation. Add peeled prawn.
4. ใส่เส้นที่พักเอาไว้ ผัดให้เส้นนุ่ม แล้วเขี่ยเส้นไปไว้ด้านใดด้านหนึ่ง ตอกไข่ใส่ลงไป ตีให้พอแตก แล้วกลับเส้นมาทับเอาไว้
Add soaked Pud Thai noodle and continue to stir well until the noodle are soft and tender. Move the noodle to one side, add an egg and lightly beat. Cover with stir fried noodle.
5. ใส่สมุนไพรแห้ง (ซองที่ 3) เต้าหู้ทอด และถั่วงอก ผัดให้เข้ากัน
Add dehydrated herb (package 3), deep fry tofu, fresh bean sprout and mix well.
6. ใส่พริกป่น (ซองที่ 4) ผัดให้เข้ากันอีกครั้งก็ปิดไฟได้
Add chili powder (package 4) and mix well again, before tuning the heat off.
7. ตักเสิร์ฟ
Ready to serve.
