หมูสับ 150 กรัม
เห็ดหอมแห้งแช่น้ำจนนิ่มแล้วผ่าสี่ 80 กรัม
ฟองเต้าหู้แช่น้ำจนนิ่ม 80 กรัม
วุ้นเส้นแช่น้ำจนนิ่มแล้วตัดเป็นท่อนๆ 100 กรัม
ต้นหอมหั่นท่อน 50 กรัม
น้ำแช่เห็ดหอมกรอง
รากผักชี

เครื่องปรุง

น้ำตาล 1 ช้อนชา
ซีอิ๊วขาวส่วนที่ 1 1 ½ ช้อนโต๊ะ
ซีอิ๊วขาวส่วนที่ 1 2 ½ ช้อนโต๊ะ
พริกไทยป่น 2 ช้อนชา
น้ำมันงา ½ ช้อนชา

Ingredients

150 g minced pork
80 g soaked and quartered dried shitake mushroom
80 g soaked dried bean curd
100 g soaked and cut into 2 inches vermicelli
50 g spring onion
Water from soaking shitake mushroom
Coriander roots

Seasonings

½ tsp. sugar
1 ½ tbs. light soy sauce (potion 1)
2 ½ tbs. light soy sauce (potion 2)
2 tsp. grounded white pepper
½ tsp. sesame oil

วิธีทำ

1. หมักหมูกับน้ำตาล ซีอิ๊วขาวส่วนที่ 1 พริกไทยป่น คลุกเคล้าให้เข้ากัน พักเอาไว้ในตู้เย็นครึ่งชั่วโมง

Marinate minced by mixing withy sugar, ground white pepper and light soy sauce (potion 1). Gently knead and set aside in the fridge for 30 minutes.

2. นำน้ำที่ได้จากการแช่เห็ดหอมใส่หม้อเติมน้ำเปล่าลงไปนิดหน่อย ใส่รากผักชี แล้วต้มให้เดือด

Bring water from soaking shitake mushroom, a little bit of tap water and coriander roots to the rapid boil.

3. พอเดือดนำหมูที่หมักไว้มาปั้นเป็นก้อนเล็กๆ ใส่ลงไป รอให้หมูสุก ใส่เห็ดหอม และ ฟองเต้าหู้

When the soup is boiling, add marinated pork that shape into small loose balls and wait for the pork balls are cooked. Add quartered shitake mushroom and soaked dried bean curd.
