1. ละลาย กะปิ น้ำพริกแกงส้มใต้ กุ้งแห้งป่นในน้ำน้อยๆ น้ำขึ้นตั้งไฟให้เดือด Dissolve shrimp paste, southern sour soup paste and grounded dried shrimp in small amount of water and bring to the boil.   
2. ปรุงรสด้วยน้ำปลา น้ำตาลปี๊บ ครั้งหนึ่งก่อน พอเดือดอีกครั้งใส่แครอทและสับปะรดลงไป เคี่ยวต่อจนกว่าน้ำสับปะรดจะออก Season with fish sauce and palm sugar and bring back to the boil. Add sliced carrot and pineapple and simmer until the soup taste after pineapple.   
3. ใส่ยอดมะพร้าวลงไป ปรุงรสอีกครั้งด้วยน้ำมะขามเปียกคั้นข้นๆ ชิมรสดูอีกครั้ง ใส่กุ้งลงไป พอกุ้งสุกก็ปิดไฟได้ Add sliced coconut shoot and season with concentrated tamarind juice, again. Taste again. Add shrimp and turn the heat off after the shrimps are cooked.   
4. ตักเสิร์ฟ Ready to serve.
