ส่วนประกอบ

กุ้งต้ม 80 กรัม
คอหมูต้ม 80 กรัม
แครอทหั่นบางๆ ลวก 50 กรัม
หอมใหญ่ซอยบางๆ 50 กรัม
มะเขือเทศหั่นเสี้ยว 50 กรัม
คึ่นฉ่ายหั่นขนาด 1 นิ้ว 20 กรัม
บะหมี่กึ่งสำเร็จรูปลวก 250 กรัม
พริก 9-11 เม็ด
กระเทียม 4-5 กลีบ

เครื่องปรุง

น้ำตาลทราย ½ ช้อนชา
น้ำปลา 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำมะนาว 2-3 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำสุก 1-2 ช้อนโต๊ะ

Ingredients

80 g blanch prawns
80 g boiled pork neck
50 g blanch thinly sliced carrot
50 g thinly wedged onion
50 g wedged tomato
20 g Chinese celery cut into 1 inch
250 g boiled instant noodle
9-11 chilies
4-5 cloves of garlic

Seasonings

½ tsp. sugar
2 tbs. fish sauce
2-3 tbs. lime juice
1-2 tbs. boiled water

วิธีทำ

1. ใส่พริก กระเทียมลงในครก ตำแค่พอแหลก แล้วปรุงรสด้วยน้ำตาล น้ำปลา น้ำมะนาว และน้ำต้มสุก

Add chilies and garlic to the motar and pestal, roughly pound and season with sugar, fish sauce, lime juice and boiled water.

2. ใส่กุ้งต้ม คอหมูต้ม และ น้ำยำลงในอ่างผสม คลุกเคล้าให้เข้ากัน ใส่แครอท หอมใหญ่ และ มะเขือเทศ คลุกเบาๆ พอเข้ากัน

Add blanch prawn, boiled pork neck and spicy dressing to the mixing bowl, mix very well and add thinly wedged onion, wedged tomato and blanch thinly sliced carrot. Continue to gently mix well.
