Ingredients

ส่วนประกอบ

ปลาทูเค็มแล่เอาแต่เนื้อ หั่นเป็นชิ้นๆ 300 กรัม
หอมใหญ่หั่นลูกเต๋า 150 กรัม
พริกหวานหั่นลูกเต๋า 150 กรัม
พริกชี้ฟ้าแดงซอยละเอียด 50 กรัม
พริกขี้หนูตำรวมกับกระเทียม 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
ข้าวเย็น 2 ½ ถ้วย

เครื่องปรุง

น้ำตาล 1 ½ ช้อนโต๊ะ
ซอสปรุงรส 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
เกลือ ¼ ช้อนชา
พริกไทยป่น ½ ช้อนชา

Ingredients

300 g deboned and sliced salted mackerel
150 g diced onion
150 g diced green capsicum
50 g finely chopped red goat pepper
1 tbs. bird eye chilies and garlic pound together
2 ½ c. stale rice

Seasonings

1 ½ tbs. sugar
1 tbs. seasoning sauce
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. grounded white pepper

วิธีทำ

1. ตั้งกระทำให้ร้อน ใส่น้ำมันลงไปเล็กน้อย แล้วใส่ปลาทูเค็มที่แกะก้างออกแล้วลงผัดจนสุกหอม ใส่พริกขี้หนูกระเทียมตำ แล้วผัดต่อให้หอมอีกครั้ง

Preheat and lightly grease the wok and add deboned salted mackerel to stir fry until fragrant. Add bird eye chili and garlic that pounded together and continur to stir fry until fragrant, again.

2. ใส่หอมใหญ่หั่นลูกเต๋า พริกหวานหั่นลูกเต๋า พริกชี้ฟ้าซอยละเอียด ผัดให้เข้ากัน

Add diced onion and capsicum, finely chopped red goat pepper and stir well.

3. ใส่ข้าว ปรุงรสด้วยน้ำตาล เกลือ ซอสปรุงรส และพริกไทยป่น ผัดให้เข้ากันอีกทีก็ปิดไฟได้

Add stale rice, season with sugar, salt, seasoning sauce, grounded white pepper and mix very well until all ingredients are well cooperated. Then, turn the heat off.
