ส่วนประกอบ

กากหมู 250 กรัม
ถั่วฝักยาวซอยค่อนข้างละเอียด 100 กรัม
ใบมะกรูดซอยละเอียด 50 กรัม
น้ำพริกแกงเผ็ด 80 กรัม

เครื่องปรุง

น้ำตาล 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำปลา ½ ช้อนชา

100 g thinly sliced string bean
50 g chiffonaded kaffir lime leaves
80 g red curry paste

1 tbs. sugar
½ tsp. fish sauce

วิธีทำ

1. ตั้งกระทะให้ร้อน ใส่น้ำมันลงไปเล็กน้อย ใส่น้ำพริกแกงเผ็ดลงไปผัดบนไฟกลางให้หอม

2. ปรุงรสด้วยน้ำตาล น้ำปลา ใส่ถั่วฝักยาวหั่นฝอย ใส่ใบมะกรูดหั่นละเอียดลงไปนิดหน่อย

Season with sugar and fish sauce. Add thinlt sliced string bean and a small amount of chiffonaded kaffir lime leaves. Stir well.

3. ใส่กากหมูลงผัดจนส่วนผสมเข้ากันดี โรยใบมะกรูดที่เหลือ ผัดให้เข้ากันอีกทีปิดไฟได้

Add crispy pork and stir well until incorporated. Add the rest of chiffonaded kaffir lime leaves and stir well, again.
