ส่วนประกอบ

ไข่ไก่ 3 ฟอง
แครอทไสเป็นเส้นๆ 25 กรัม
หอมใหญ่ปอกเปลือกผ่าครึ่งตามยาว ฝานบางๆ 25 กรัม
มะเขือเทศผ่าครึ่งตามยาว ฝานบางๆ 25 กรัม
ต้มหอมหั่นท่อนสั้นๆ 25 กรัม
เครื่องปรุง

พริกขี้หนูกระเทียมตำหยาบๆ 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำตาลทราย ½ ช้อนชา
น้ำปลา 1 ½ ช้อนชา
น้ำมะนาว 1 ½ ช้อนชา

Ingredients

3 eggs
25 g shoved carrot
25 g sliced, peeled and lenghtwisely cut onion
25 g slice lenghtwisely cut, tomato
25 g roughly sliced spring onion

Seasonings

2 tbs. roughly pounded bird eye chilies and garlic
½ tsp. sugar
1 ½ tsp. fish sauce
1 ½ tsp. lime juice

วิธีทำ

1. ตั้งกระทะให้ร้อนจัดๆ ใส่น้ำมันลงไปพอประมาณ พอน้ำมันร้อนก็ใส่ไข่ลงไปทอดจนสุกทั้งสองด้าน ตักขึ้น พักไว้

Preheated and greased the wok with sufficient amount of vegetable oil, add egg deep fried one at the time when the oil is really hot until golden brown in both side.

2. ทำน้ำยำโดยผสมพริกขี้หนูกับกระเทียมตำหยาบๆ น้ำตาล น้ำปลา น้ำมะนาว เข้าด้วยกัน คนให้น้ำตาลละลาย แล้วพักไว้ซักครู่

To make spicy salad dressing, mix together very well for a better combination; bird eye chilies and garlic that roughly pounded together, sugar, fish sauce and lime juice. Set aside for few minutes.

3. ใส่หอมใหญ่ มะเขือเทศ และแครอทลงในอ่างผสม ใส่น้ำยำลงไป คลุกเคล้าให้เข้ากัน ตักราดบนไข่ที่ทอดแล้ว โรยด้วยต้นหอม

In the mixing bowl, add sliced onion, sliced tomato, shoved carrot and prepared spicy salad dressing. Gently mix to combine, pour over the deep fried eggs and sprinkle with roughly sliced spring onion.
