1. ตั้งกระทะให้ร้อน ใส่น้ำมันลงไป พอน้ำมันร้อนหรี่ไฟลงนิดหน่อยใส่น้ำพริกแกงเผ็ดลงไปผัดให้หอม Heat up the wok, add the oil and when the oil is hot turn down the heat a little bit and add the curry paste. Continue to stir fry until fragrant.   
2.ใส่กระดูกหมูลงผัดพอกระดูกหมูเข้ากับน้ำพริกดีแล้วก็เติมน้ำลงไปพอท่วมกระดูกหมู แล้วเคี่ยวไฟอ่อนซักครึ่งชั่วโมงหมั่นกลับกระดูกหมูบ้าง ถ้าน้ำแห้งลงไปก็เติมน้ำได้ Add pork cartilage and stir well. Then, add water to cover pork cartilage and turn down to low heat. Simmer it for 30 minutes. Frequently turn over pork cartilage in order not to burn. The water can be added if it evaporated.   
3. พอกระดูกหมูทำท่าว่าจะเปื่อยแล้วก็ปรุงรสด้วยน้ำตาล น้ำปลา แล้วเคี่ยวต่ออีกซักพักให้น้ำงวดลงอีกนิดใส่ลูกเหรียงลงไปผัดผัดให้เข้ากันแล้วใบมะกรูดฉีกๆลงไป ผัดให้เข้ากันอีกที When the pork cartilage started to soft, seasoning with sugar and fish sauce. Continue to simmer for a while so that the pork cartilages absorb all the flavors. Add Reng nut and stir well. Add kaffir lime leaves and stir well again.   
4. ตักเสิร์ฟได้ Ready to serve.
