1. ËÁÑ¡ËÁ١Ѻ¹éÓµÒÅ «ÍÊ»ÃØ§ÃÊ áÅÐ ¾ÃÔ¡ä·Â¢ÒÇ»è¹ ¤ÅØ¡à¤ÅéÒãËéà¢éҡѹ ¾Ñ¡äÇé µÑé§¹éÓãËéà´×Í´ ãÊèÃÒ¡¼Ñ¡ªÕ ¾ÃÔ¡ä·Â·Ñé§àÁç´ ËÍÁãËèËÑè¹àÊÕéÂǺҧæÅ§ä»µéÁãËéà´×Í´ Marinate minced pork with sugar, grounded white pepper and seasoning sauce and mix well. Set aside. Bring water in the pot to the boil, add coriander roots, dried pepper corn and thinly wedged onion and wait until boil.   
2. »Ñé¹ËÁÙà»ç¹¡é͹æãÊèÅ§ä» ¾ÍËÁÙÊØ¡ãÊèàµéÒËÙéä¢éËÑ蹪Ôé¹Ë¹Òæ ÇØé¹àÊé¹ ÃÍãËéà´×Í´ Shape marinated pork into small loose ball and add to the boiling water. Add soaked and cut vermicelli and egg tofu. Bring back to the boil.   
3. »ÃاÃÊ´éÇ«ÍÊ»ÃØ§ÃÊ ãÊèµé¹ËÍÁ ¼Ñ¡ªÕ ¤Ö蹩èÒÂÅ§ä» ¾Íà´×Í´ÍÕ¡¤ÃÑé§¡ç»Ô´ä¿ä´é Season with seasoning sauce (2). Add cut coriander, spring onion and Chinese celery. Bring back to the boil before turning the heat off.   
4. µÑ¡àÊÔÃì¿ Ready to serve.
