เมนูสร้างสรรค์
1. ตั้งกระทะให้ร้อน ใส่น้ำมันลงไปเล็กน้อย ใส่เต้าหู้ลงทอดแค่พอเหลือง
Preheated and lightly greased the wok. Add thinly sliced boarded tofu to stir fry until golden.
2. ใส่กระเทียมและหอมแดงสับละเอียด ผัดให้มีกลิ่นหอม แล้วใส่ไชโป้วเส้นลงไปผัดให้เข้ากัน
Add minced garlic and shallot and continue to stir fry until fragrant. Add julienned and mix well.
3. ใส่กุ้งและปลาหมึกลงผัดพอสุก แล้วปรุงรสด้วยน้ำตาล น้ำปลา พริกป่น และน้ำมะขามเปียกคั้นข้นๆ
Add peeled prawns and thickly sliced calamari. Season with sugar, fish sauce, chili flake and concentrated tamarind juice.
4. ใส่ถั่วลิสงคั่วป่นหยาบๆ ถั่วงอก ใส่ไข่
Add grounded roasted peanut, bean sprout and eggs.
5. ใช้มุมของตะหลิวตีเบาๆพอให้ไข่แตกแล้วเอาส่วนผสมทั้งหมดกลบ โรยใบกุยช่าย รอให้ไข่สุกแล้วผัดให้เข้ากัน
Use the angle of the spatula to stir well the egg then, cover with the mixture. Sprinkle with cut Chinese chive leaves and mix very well.
6. ตักเสิร์ฟ
Ready to serve.
