For the base: สำหรับฐาน

100 g. Butter melted เนยละลาย
200 g. Biscuits ตามความชอบ

For the Caramel:
1x400 g.tin condensed milk นมข้นหวาน

For the top:
2 Bananas กล้วยหอม
5 dl. whippping cream วิปครีม
2 tbs. Vanila Sugar น้ำตาลวนิลา
1/2 gelatin
Chocolate

วิธีทำ

Caramel
Put pan 3 quarters full of water on hight heat
ใส่น้ำลงในภาชนะที่จะต้ม น้ำเดือด(ข้อควรระวังให้น้ำเกินกระป๋องนม)
When water boils add condensed milk ใส่นมกระป๋องลงไป

Milk will caramelise and trun on to toffee remove tin after 3 hr.and leave to cool
นมจะกลายเป็นคาราเมล นำนมออกจากภาชนะหลังจาก 3 ชั่วโมงทิ้งไว้ให้เย็น

Prepare biscuit bash biscuit with rolling pin .
มาทำบีสกิทกันโดยเอาครีมออกจากบีสกิทเสียก่อนแล้วนำมาทุบให้ละเอียดหรือจะใช้เครื่องปั่นก็ได้ตามแต่สะดวก

Put biscuit in the bolw pour over melted butter stri well. Tranfers to tin and refrigerate press down
เอาบิสกิทใส่ลงในภาชนะที่เคลือบด้วยเนยแล้วใส่เนยละลายลงไปคนให้เข้ากันแล้วกดให้แน่น

Chill in the fridge 15 min
แล้วนำไปแช่ในตู้เย็น

Preprae the bananas add Condensed milk spread evenly leave for 20 min
จากนั้นหันทำทำกล้วยหอมหั่นสไลด์แล้วนำลงไปเรียงบนบิสกิทราดด้วยคาราเมล ปาดหน้าให้เรียบร้อยแล้วนำไปแช่เย็น20 นาที

ตีวิปครีมใส่น้ำตาลวนิลาและเจลลาตินตีให้ตั้งยอด 5 นาทีโดยประมาณปาดให้เรียบแล้วนำใส่ตู้เย้นอีก 20 นาที นำมาโรยผงช็อกโกแล็ต
