Ingredients

ส่วนประกอบ

กระดูกหมูอ่อน สับเป็นชิ้นเล็กๆ 160 กรัม
เห็ดหอมผ่าครึ่ง 80 กรัม
เก๋ากี๊ 50 กรัม
ข้าวสวยเย็น 120 กรัม
ตั้งฉ่าย 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
กระเทียมเจียว 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
ต้มหอมซอย 2-3 ช้อนโต๊ะ
รากผักชี 2-3 ราก
กระเทียมทั้งกลีบ 5-6 กลีบ
พริกไทยเม็ด ½ ช้อนโต๊ะ

เครื่องปรุง

ซอสปรุงรส 2-3 ช้อนโต๊ะ
เกลือ ½ ช้อนชา

Ingredients

160 g chopped pork spare ribs
80 g halved fresh shitake mushroom
50 g wolfberry
120 g steamed rice
2 tbs. crispy rice
2-3 tbs. thinly sliced spring onion
2-3 coriander roots
5-6 whole cloves of garlic
½ tbs. whole dried pepper corn

2-3 tbs. seasoning sauce
½ tsp. salt

วิธีทำ

1. ใส่รากผักชี เกลือ พริกไทยเม็ด กระเทียมลงไปในหม้อ ตามด้วยกระดูกหมู เติมน้ำเปล่าลงในหม้อให้มากหน่อย ตั้งไฟอ่อนๆ จนกว่ากระดูกหมูจะเปื่อยดี ช้อนฟองออกบ้าง

Add coriander roots, salt, whole pepper corns, garlic cloves and chopped pork spare ribs in the pot, fill water until the water level just cover the pok spare rib and simmer over the lowest heat until spare ribs are tender. Remove the scum.

2. ต้มข้าวกับน้ำเปล่าให้เดือด ใส่ตั้งฉ่าย รอให้เดือดอีกที ปิดไฟได้

In another pot, bring steamed rice and water to the boil and add preserved dried Chinese cabbage. Continue to simmer until the rice is double in amout, then turn the heat off.

3. กรองกระดูกหมูต้ม เอารากผักชี พริกไทยเม็ด กระเทียมออก ตั้งไฟรอให้เดือด ใส่เก๋ากี๊ รอให้เดือด ใส่เห็ดหอม ปรุงรสด้วยซอสปรุงรส

Take out spare ribs and pour the soup through the colander, bring the soup and spare ribs to the boil again and add wolfberry and fresh shitake mushroom. Season with seasoning sauce.

4 ใส่ข้าวต้มลงในชามเสิร์ฟ ราดทับด้วยน้ำซุป โรยต้นหอมซอย กระเทียมเจียวก่อนเสิร์ฟ

Add boiled steamed rice and pour over with the soup and condiments and sprinkle with thinly sliced spring onion and crispy garlic before serve.
