1. บากทุกๆด้านของขนมปังให้เป็นรอยตั้งฉาก ลึกประมาณ 1 นิ้ว แล้วกรุลงพิมพ์มัฟฟิ่น ให้ด้านที่บากไว้เกยกัน Cut 4 sides of each slices of bread about 1 ½ inches, 90 degree and arrange into standard muffin pan.   
2. นำเบคอนกรุลงในกระทงขนมปัง ค่อยๆตอกไข่ใส่ลงไป Arrange bacon onto bread cup and gently add cracked eggs in the middle.   
3. นำเข้าอบในเตาอบอุณหภูมิ 170-180 องศา ประมาณ 20-25 นาที หรือจนกว่าไข่จะเซทตัว Bake in preheated oven 170-180 C for 20-25 minutes.   
4. เสิร์ฟกับสลัดผัก Serve with green salad.
