ไข่ 2 ฟอง
โยเกิร์ตรสธรรมชาติ 50 กรัม
ถั่ววอลนัทบดหยาบๆ 150 กรัม

90 g soft butter
2 ripped banana, mashed
2 eggs
50 g natural yogurt
150 g roughly chopped roasted walnut

1. เตรียมเตาอบที่อุณหภูมิ 180 องศาเซลเซียส เตรียมถ้วยกระดาษเรียงใส่พิมพ์มัฟฟิ่นไว้

2. ร่อนแป้งสาลี ผงฟู เบกกิ้งโซดา 1 ครั้ง ใส่เกลือ น้ำตาลทราย คนให้เข้ากัน พักไว้

Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda once, add sugar and salt and gently mix with the whisk.

3. ใส่ไข่ กล้วยบด โยเกิร์ต เนยที่อ่อนตัวแล้วลงในอ่างผสมที่มีแป้งอยู่ ตีด้วยความเร็วปานกลางให้เข้ากัน ผสมพอเข้ากันดี ใส่ถั่ววอทนัทป่นหยาบ ผสมพอเข้ากันอีกทีก็ปิดเครื่องได้

With the electric food processor, add the mixture of flour, eggs, mashed banana and soft butter and beat with medium high speed until combined.

4. ตักส่วนผสมเค้กลงในถ้วยกระดาษ ประมาณ ¾ ของถ้วย นำเข้าอบ 20-25 นาที

Divide cake batter evenly among lined cups, filling each three – quarters full. Bake, rotating tins halfway through, until a cake tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 20-25 minutes. Turn out cupcake onto wire racks to cool completely.
