Ingredients

ส่วนประกอบ

หมูสับ 350 กรัม
น้ำพริกลาบเหนือ 100 กรัม
ผักชีลาวซอยละเอียด 30 กรัม
หอมเจียว 2-3 ช้อนโต๊ะ

เครื่องปรุง

น้ำตาล ½ ช้อนชา
น้ำปลา 1-2 ช้อนโต๊ะ

100 g Norther “Larb” paste
50 g finely chopped dill
2-3 tbs. crispy fried shallot

Seasonings

½ tsp. sugar
1-2 tbs. fish sauce

วิธีทำ

1. นำหมูสับ น้ำพริกลาบ ผักชีลาวซอยละเอียด น้ำตาล น้ำปลา หอมเจียวคลุกเค้าให้เข้ากัน แล้วปั้นเป็นก้อนๆพอดีคำ

Place mined pork, Norther “Larb” paste, finely chopped dill and crispy fried shallot in the mixing bolw, knead well and shape into small bite size.

2. ตั้งกระทะ ใส่น้ำมันลงไปมากซักหน่อย พอน้ำมันดีก็หรี่ไฟลงเป็นไฟกลางๆ แล้วใส่หมูสับที่คลุกเคล้าแล้ลงทอดให้เหลืองสวย ตักขึ้น เสิร์ฟกับผักสดๆ

Preheat and greased wok with plenty of vegetable oil enough for deep frying. Add minced pork ball to deep fry over medium heat until golden brown and serve with fresh chilled vegetable.
