กากหมูใหม่ๆ 300 กรัม
น้ำพริกแกงเผ็ด 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
ดอกกะหล่ำเด็ดเป็นก้านๆ 50 กรัม
แครอทหั่น 1 x 1 นิ้ว 50 กรัม
บร็อคโคลี่เด็ดเป็นก้านๆ 50 กรัม

เครื่องปรุง

น้ำตาลทราย 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำปลา 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ

Ingredients

300 g pork cracking
2 tbs. curry paste
50 g floretted cauliflower
50 g carrot cut into 1 x 1 inch
50 g floretted broccoli

Seasonings

2 tbs. sugar
1 tbs. fish sauce

วิธีทำ

1. นำกากหมูลงทอดในน้ำมันร้อนจนกว่าจะเหลืองกรอบ

2. ตักน้ำมันในกระทะออกให้เหลือแค่ 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ นำน้ำพริกแกงเผ็ดลงผัดบนไฟกลาง ให้หอม ปรุงรสด้วย น้ำตาล น้ำปลา นำกากหมูที่ทอดเอาไว้แล้วลงผัดให้เข้ากัน

Discard the oil, 2 tbs. remaining. Add curry paste to stir fry over medium heat until fragrant. Season with sugar and fish sauce. Add pork cracking mix well.
