Blueberry Crumbled Cupcake

Ingredients

ส่วนประกอบ

แป้งเค้ก 225 กรัม
วนิลลาแบบผง 1/4 ช้อนชา
เกลือป่น 1/2 ช้อนชา
น้ำตาลทราย 250 กรัม
ผงฟู 1 ช้อนชา
เบคกิ้งโซดา 1/2 ช้อนชา
ไข่ไก่ 2 ฟอง
เนยสดจืด 60 กรัม
โยเกิร์ตรสธรรมชาติ 1 ถ้วย
บลูเบอร๊รี่กระป๋อง 300 กรัม

Ingredients

225 g cake flour
¼ tsp. vanilla powder
½ tsp. salt
250 g sugar (170 g and 80 g)
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
60 g unsalted butter
1 c. plain yogurt
300 g canned blueberry

วิธีทำ

Mix cake flour and vanilla powder and sift once into the mixing bowl.

2.ใส่เกลือ น้ำตาล 170 กรัม ใช้ตะกร้อมือคนให้เข้ากัน

Add salt and 170 gram of sugar and mix well.

3. ใส่เนยลงไป ใช่เบรนเดอร์สับๆ ให้เป็นเม็ดเล็กๆ หรือจะใช้ส้อมบี้ๆก็ได้นะครับ แบ่งแป้งออกมาทำเป็น crumble 100 กรัม ใส่น้ำตาลที่เหลือ ( 80 กรัม ) พักไว้

Add unsalted butter and use the blender (or a fork) chop the butter until turn into fine crumble. Portion out the crumble 100 g, add the rest of the sugar (80 g) and mix well. Set aside.

4. ในอ่างแป้งที่มีเยอะกว่าก็ใส่ผงฟู เบกกิ้งโซดา ใช้ตะกร้อมือคนให้เข้ากัน แล้วก็ทำหลุมตรงกลาง ใส่ไข่ ใส่โยเกิร์ต แล้วคนให้เข้ากัน

In the mixing bowl, add baking powder, baking soda and whisk until well cooperated. Make a well, add eggs, plain yogurt and mix very well.

5. ใส่ส่วนผสมลงไป 1/4 ของถ้วย ใส่บลูเบอร์รี่ลงไป 1 ช้อนชา กว่าๆ ใส่ส่วนผสมของเค้กลงไปอีกครั้ง แล้วทับด้วยบลูเบอร์รี่ โรย crumble ให้ทั่วๆ

Add the mixture to the ¼ of the mold, add approximately 1 ½ tsp. canned blueberry, add some more mixture and top with canned blueberry. Sprinkle with prepared crumble.

6. เอาเข้าอบไฟ 180 องศา 20-25 นาที ครับ

Bake in preheated 180 C oven for 20-25 minutes
