1. เตรียมเตาอบที่อุณหภูมิ 180 องศาเซลเซียส เตรียมถ้วยกระดาษเรียงใส่พิมพ์มัฟฟิ่นไว้ Preheat over to 180 C. Line standard muffin tins with paper liners. 
2. ร่อนแป้งสาลี ผงฟู เบกกิ้งโซดา เกลือ และ วนิลลาผง 1 ครั้ง พักไว้ Sift flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla powder and baking soda once and set aside.   
3. ใส่เนยลงในอ่างผสม ตีด้วยความเร็วต่ำให้อ่อนตัว ค่อยใส่น้ำตาลทรายแดงลงไปจนหมด ค่อยเพิ่มความร็วจนเป็นความเร็วสูง ตีต่อไปอีก 8-9 นาที หรือจนส่วนผสมฟู ใส่ไข่ลงไปทีละฟอง ตีให้เข้ากัน ก่อนที่จะใส่ฟองต่อไป แบ่งแป้งออกเป็นสามส่วน ใส่แป้งลงไปทีละส่วน สลับกันนมที่แบ่งเป็นสองส่วน ตีพอเข้ากัน ก็ปิดเครื่องได้ ใส่มะตูมที่คลุกแป้งแล้วลงไปผสมด้วยพายยางให้พอเข้ากัน With the electric mixer, cream butter and brown sugar until pale and fluffy, approximately 8-9 minutes. Add eggs, one at the time, beating until each is incorporated, scarping down sides of the bowl as needed. Add flour mixture in three batches, alternating with two additions of milk, and beating until combine.   
4. ตักส่วนผสมเค้กลงในถ้วยกระดาษ ประมาณ ¾ ของถ้วย โรยหน้าด้วยส่วนผสม crumble กดๆเล็กน้อย นำเข้าอบ 20-25 นาที Divide cake batter evenly among lined cups, filling each three quarters full. Sprinkle with crumble. Bake, rotating tins halfway through, until a cake tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 20-25 minutes. Turn out cupcake onto wire racks to cool completely.   
5. เสิร์ฟได้ Ready to serve.
