1. เตรียมเตาอบที่อุณหภูมิ 180 องศาเซลเซียส เตรียมถ้วยกระดาษเรียงใส่พิมพ์มัฟฟิ่นไว้ Preheat over to 180 C. Line standard muffin tins with paper liners. 
2. ร่อนแป้งสาลี เบกกิ้งโซดา เกลือ 1 ครั้ง พักไว้ Sift flour, salt and baking soda once and set aside.   
3. ในอ่างผสม ใส่น้ำตาลทั้ง 2 ชนิดและน้ำมันในอ่างผสม ใช้ตะกร้อมือคนเร็วๆให้น้ำตาลละลาย ใส่ไข่ โยเกิร์ต วนิลลาผง แล้วคนให้เข้ากัน In the moxing bolw, add sugar, brown sugar and oil and use the whisk to mix all together. Add egg, egg yolk, yogurt and vanilla powder and mix well to combine.   
4. แบ่งแป้งออกเป็นสามส่วน ใส่แป้งลงไปทีละส่วน สลับกันอบเชย นัทเม็ก กานพลู คนแค่พอเข้ากัน ใส่ลูกพรุน และแมคคาเดเมีย ผสมด้วยพายยางให้พอเข้ากัน Add flour mixture in three batches, alternating with two additions of milk, and beating until combine. Finally, gently stir prune and macadamia nut.   
5. ตักส่วนผสมเค้กลงในถ้วยกระดาษ ประมาณ ¾ ของถ้วย นำเข้าอบ 20-25 นาที Divide cake batter evenly among lined cups, filling each three quarters full. Sprinkle with crumble. Bake, rotating tins halfway through, until a cake tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 20-25 minutes. Turn out cupcake onto wire racks to cool completely.   
6. เสิร์ฟได้ Ready to serve.
