เมนูสร้างสรรค์
1. ตั้งเตาอบที่อุณหภูมิ 180 องศาเซลเซียส เรียงถ้วยกระดาษลงในพิมพ์อลูมิเนียมเตรียมไว้
Preheat oven to 180 C. Line standard muffin tins with paper liners.
2. ร่อนแป้ง และวนิลลาผงเข้าด้วยกัน
Add baking powder and vanilla powder to cake flour, shift once and add salt to flour mixture.
3. ใส่เนย และครีมชีสลงในโถปั่น ตีด้วยความเร็วปานกลางจนเนียน
With the electric mixture on medium high speed, cream butter and cream cheese until smooth.
4. ใส่น้ำตาลลงไป ตีต่อด้วยความเร็วปานกลางจนขึ้นฟู
Gradually add sugar and continue to mix pale and fluffy.
5. ใส่ไข่ลงไปทีละฟอง ตีให้เข้ากันก่อนค่อยใส่ฟองต่อไป เมื่อใส่ไข่ครบแล้วตีต่อให้เข้ากันดี ปรับความเร็วลงเป็นต่ำสุด ค่อยใส่แป้งลงไปจนหมด ผสมให้เข้ากัน
Add eggs, one at the time, beating until each incorporated, scraping down sides of bowl as needed. Add flour mixture in three batches and beating until combined.
6. ตักส่วนผสมใส่พิมพ์ประมาณ ¾ ของพิมพ์ นำเข้าเตาอบประมาณ 20-25 นาที หรือจนสุก
Divide the batter evenly among lined cup, filling each three – quarters full. Bake rotating tins halfway through, until a cake tester inserted in centers come out clean, about 20-25 minutes. Transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
7. จัดเสิร์ฟ
Ready to serve.
