1. เตรียมเตาอบที่อุณหภูมิ 180 องศาเซลเซียส และเตรียมถ้วยกระดาษใส่ลงในพิมพ์ Preheat oven to 180 C. Line standard muffin tins with paper liners. 
2. ร่อนแป้งเค้ก เบกกิ้งโซดา ผงฟู อบเชยป่น และจันทร์เทศป่น เข้าด้วยกัน จากนั้นใส่เกลือลงไป พักไว้ Shift cake flour, baking soda, baking powder, grounded cinnamon and grounded nutmeg once. Add salt and mix well. Set aside.   
3. ใส่น้ำมันพืช น้ำผึ้ง น้ำตาลทรายแดง ไข่ 2 ฟอง ไข่แดง และเบียร์ดำลงในอ่างผสม ตีผสมด้วยหัวตีใบไม้โดยใช้ความเร็วปานกลาง จนเข้ากัน With an electric mixer on medium low speed, beat oil, honey, brown sugar, 2 whole eggs, egg yolk and stout until combine.   
4. ลดความเร็วลงตีด้วยความเร็วต่ำสุด ค่อยๆใส่ส่วนผสมแป้งลงไป ผสมพอเข้ากัน Reduce speed to low. Add flour mixture and beating until combined.   
5. ตักส่วนผสมเค้กใส่ลงในพิมพ์ประมาณ ¾ ของพิมพ์ โรยหน้าด้วยน้ำตาลก่อนนำเข้าเตาอบ อบประมาณ 20 25 นาที หรือจนเค้กสุก นำออกมาจากพิมพ์ วางพักไว้บนตะแกรงจนเย็นสนิท Divide batter evenly among lined cups, filling each three quarters full. Bake, rotating tins halfway through, until golden, about 20 25 minutes. Transfer tins to wire racks to cool completely before removing cupcakes.
