1. ตั้งเตาอบที่อุณหภูมิ 180 องศาเซลเซียส ใส่ถ้วยกระดาษลงในพิมพ์คัพเค้ก Preheat oven to 180 C. Line standard muffin tins with paper liners. 
2. ร่อนแป้งเค้ก ผงฟู เบคกิ้งโซดา ออลสไปซ์ ขิงผง และลูกจันทน์เทศป่น ใส่เกลือ คนผสมให้เข้ากัน Sift cake flour, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla powder, all spices, grounded ginger and grounded nutmeg once and add salt.   
3. ตีเนยกับน้ำตาลด้วยความเร็วปานกลาง สูง จนกว่าจะขึ้นฟูขาว เป็น 2 เท่า ประมาณ 10 นาที With an electric mixer on medium high speed, beat butter and sugar until fluffy, about 10 minutes.   
4. ปรับความเร็วเป็นปานกลาง ต่ำ ใส่ไข่และไข่แดงทีละฟอง ผสมให้เข้ากันแล้วค่อยใส่ฟองต่อไป ปาดขอบอ่าง Reduce speed on medium low, add eggs and egg yolk, one at the time, beating until each is incorporated, scraping down sides of bowl as needed.  
5. ปรับความเร็วเป็นความเร็วต่ำ แบ่งส่วนผสมของแป้งเป็น 3 ส่วน ใส่ส่วนผสมของแป้งทีละส่วนสลับกับโยเกิร์ต ผสมแค่พอเข้ากัน Reduce speed to low, divide flour mixture into 3 batches, add each batch alternating with 2 additional of plain yougert, and beating just combined after each.   
6. ตักส่วนผสมใส่ลงในพิมพ์ประมาณ ¾ ของพิมพ์ นำเข้าอบนาน 18 22 นาที หรือจนกระทั่งเค้กสุก นำออกจากเตา พักไว้ให้เย็น Divide batter evenly among lined cups, filling each three quarters full. Bake, rotating tins halfway through, until a cake tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 18-22 minutes. Transfer tins to wire racks to cool completely before removing cupcakes.
