1. ตั้งกระทะให้ร้อน ใส่น้ำมัน ใส่พริกกับกระเทียมตำลงผัดบนไฟกลางๆจนหอม ใส่อกไก่หั่นบางๆลงผัดไฟกลางๆจนสุก Preheat and grease the wok with vegetable oil. Add roughly pounded chilies and garlic over medium high heat until aroma. Add thinly sliced chicken breast fillet to fry over medium high heat cooked.  
2. ปรุงรสด้วยน้ำตาลทราย น้ำปลา และซีอิ๊วดำ Season with sugar, fish sauce and oyster sauce. 
3. ใส่ใบกะเพราแล้วผัดให้เข้ากันอีกที Add holy basil leaves and stir fry until incorporate. Turn the heat off.
