เมนูสร้างสรรค์
1. ผสมแป้งพัด ผงฟู เบคกิ้งโซดา เกลือ และวนิลลาผง ร่อน 1 ครั้ง พักไว้
Sift together cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and vanilla powder and set aside.
2. ตีเนยด้วยความเร็วปานกลางให้อ่อนตัว ค่อยๆโรยน้ำตาลลงไปจนหมด แล้วเร่งความเร็วเครื่องเป็นสูงสุด ตีจนส่วนผสมขึ้นฟูขาว และน้ำตาลละลายเกือบหมด
With an electric mixture on medium high speed, cream butter and gradually add sugar and continue to beat until pale and fluffy.
3. ลดความเร็วลง ใส่ไข่ลงไปทีละฟอง ตีให้ส่วนผสมเข้ากับไข่ก่อน ค่อยใส่ฟองต่อไป พอใส่หมดให้เร่งความเร็วประมาณ 30 วินาที
Reduce the speed, add eggs and egg yolk, one at the time, beating until each is incorporated, scraping down side of the bowl as needed. Increase the speed to high for 30 second.
4. ค่อยๆ ใส่ส่วนผสมของแป้ง สลับกับโยเกิร์ต ซัก 3-4 รอบ โดยใช้ความเร็วต่ำๆ ปาดขอบๆอ่าง แล้วก็ปิดเครื่องได้
Reduce the speed, again, gently add flour mixture in three - four batches, alternating with 2 – 3 additional of plain yogurt, and beating until just combined after each.
5. ตักใส่ถ้วยจีบประมาณ 3/4 เข้าเตาอบ 180 องศา ประมาณ 15-18 นาที หรือกระทั่งสุก เหลือง เอาออกจากเตาอบ เอาออกจากพิมพ์ พักให้เย็นสนิท
Divide batter evenly among lined cups, filling each three – quartered full. Bake in 180 C preheated oven, rotating thins halfway through, until cake taster inserted in comes out clean, about 15 – 18 minutes. Transfer tins to wire rack to cool completely.
